The mother company, BlueCallom, came to existence after its founders studied neuroscience to learn how ideas are composed in our brain. The work was extended to find out how breakthrough ideas are different and how they could stimulated. Over time the team found out that the entire innovation process can be improved by applying the findings from neuroscience. However, the current focus on neuroscience research is mainly focused on the pathologic side of the brain and how the brain is influenced by illnesses or damage.
The Neuro Innovation Research Lab’s work is directed to find out more about the power of our brain for solving problems of any complexity which is mostly seen in the field of innovation or organizational development.
